Been using them for ages. At first, I was super worried that I wouldn't be able to purchase them in Canada:( Super blessed to find out that I can still purchase them through this website. Whenever I have these on, I'll feel refreshed the next morning, and my body feels cleansed. One major tip when applying these patches is always to make sure that you have dry feet. TRUST ME! With dry feet, they're gonna stay on all night without falling/moving. When you wanna remove it in the morning, simply use a damp cloth to wipe the bottom of your feet. Pretty self-explanatory and easy to use! 10/10 recommend!
